Saige Haus is nestled on 4 acres, in a beautiful community of welcoming locals and international expats. Walk through the edible forest of banana & plantain trees, citrus, golden plum, soursop, avocado, tamarind, moringa, sugar cane, coconut, allspice, lemongrass, rosemary and other useful herbs as well as flowers.

It’s nature’s music. The insects, tree frogs and other life all get moments throughout the day to take center stage and be heard. Even the towering cohune palms have a song to sing through the breezes. Birds are in abundance throughout the day, but particularly more active in the morning and later afternoon. Come and find your meditation. 

Explore.

The road less traveled, indeed! Explore the villages along the Mopan river and head over to Spanish lookout area. Go into town and explore the Cayo Welcome Center, stroll along Burns Ave. or take in the sites at the San Ignacio farmer’s market where you can find locally grown fruit, vegetables, and other goods. Saige Haus is conveniently located to many attractions like cave exploring, river tubing, Cahal Pech Archaeological Reserve, Mountain Pine Ridge, great restaurants, village bakery, local street food, butterfly sanctuary and more.
